1. Shipping Rates & Options
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States with no minimum purchase required.

Estimated Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days

2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Total Delivery Time
Your total estimated delivery time is calculated as follows:

Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days

Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days  

Estimated Total Delivery Window: 4 to 9 business days

4. Order Tracking  

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.  

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to register with the shipping carrier.

5. Shipping Destinations & Address Changes  

Service Area: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.  

Address Modifications: If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@overcart.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages  

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and contact us at info@overcart.shop within 48 hours of delivery so we can issue a free replacement or refund.  

Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check around your residence and contact the local carrier. If you still need assistance, reach out to our customer support team.
